1. How long does it take to prepare a quotation?

Answer: On average, it takes about 3 weeks to prepare a detailed quotation. This includes site review, design coordination, and cost calculation to ensure accuracy.

2. What documents or information do I need to provide to get a quotation?

Answer: You should prepare the following:

  • Land or location information

  • Expected building size and function

  • Estimated timeline

  • Special technical requirements (if any)
    This information helps us prepare a faster and more accurate quotation.

3. How long does a typical construction project take?

Answer: The timeline depends on the scale and complexity of the project.

  • Small/medium buildings: 3–6 months

  • Large factories or warehouses: 6–12 months
    We will give you a more precise schedule after the initial consultation and design review.

4. How is the payment schedule usually arranged?

Answer: Payment terms are clearly stated in the contract. Normally, payments are divided into several stages — for example:

  • Initial deposit after signing

  • Payment during construction milestones

  • Final payment upon handover

5. What kind of warranty do you provide?

Answer: We offer:

  • 12 months warranty for the main structure and building frame

  • 6 months warranty for finishing and installation works

  • Special warranty terms as agreed in the contract

6. Can I make changes to the design after signing the contract?

Answer: Yes, but design changes may affect the timeline and cost. We will issue a formal variation order to ensure transparency and proper documentation.

7. Do you handle both design and construction?

Answer: Yes. TDC provides full design–build services, including architecture, structure, MEP, interior works, and site construction.
This integrated process helps save time and maintain consistent quality.

8. Do you work with foreign investors or companies?

Answer: Yes. We have extensive experience working with Japanese, Korean, and international clients.
Our team can communicate in Vietnamese, English, and Japanese, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the project.

9. Can TDC help with renovation or factory relocation projects?

Answer: Yes. In addition to new construction, we also provide renovation, factory expansion, and relocation services — including moving equipment, modifying layouts, and upgrading facilities.
