Warranty Information

At VIETNAM TOTAL DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION Co., Ltd. (TDC), we are committed to delivering construction projects with high quality, safety, and long-term durability.
To ensure our clients’ peace of mind, we offer a clear warranty policy for all completed works.

1. Scope of Warranty

Our warranty covers construction works and installations completed by TDC, including but not limited to:

  • Civil and industrial construction works (factory buildings, offices, warehouses, etc.)

  • Structural elements and finishing works

  • Installed systems and equipment provided by TDC

  • Renovation, repair, and relocation works performed under contract

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period depends on the type of work performed:

  • Main structure and building frame: 12 months from the official handover date.

  • Finishing works, installation works, equipment: 6 months from the handover date.

  • Special works or custom items: as specified in the signed contract.

If different warranty periods are agreed upon in the contract, the contractual terms will apply.

3. Warranty Conditions

The warranty applies when:

  • The issue arises due to construction defects, material defects, or workmanship under TDC’s responsibility.

  • The client has used and maintained the structure according to standard guidelines.

  • The problem is reported within the warranty period.

The warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • Damages caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or modifications made by the client or a third party.

  • Natural disasters, accidents, or other force majeure events.

  • Normal wear and tear not affecting structural safety.

4. Warranty Service Procedure

  1. Notification:
    The client informs TDC about the issue through phone or email, including photos or a description of the problem.

  2. Inspection:
    Our technical team will schedule a site visit to assess the situation.

  3. Repair Plan:
    TDC will propose an appropriate repair solution, including schedule and scope of work.

  4. Warranty Execution:
    Our construction team will carry out the repair or replacement work as agreed.

We strive to respond quickly and complete warranty works efficiently to minimize any impact on your operations.
