1. Step 1 — Initial Contact & Information Collection

When a client reaches out, our team begins by gathering the basic project information:

  • Project location and land details

  • Building function (factory, warehouse, office, etc.)

  • Expected timeline and budget

  • Specific design or technical requirements (if any)

This first step allows us to understand your vision and project scope clearly before making any estimations.

2. Step 2 — Site Survey & Technical Review

Our technical team conducts a site visit (if required) to assess actual conditions.
We analyze:

  • Land dimensions and terrain

  • Access routes and infrastructure

  • Soil condition and foundation requirements

  • Utilities and surrounding environment

Based on this, we determine the most efficient construction method and prepare the necessary design concept.

3. Step 3 — Design Coordination & Cost Estimation

We work closely with our design and engineering teams to prepare:

  • Preliminary architectural and structural plans

  • Basic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) layout

  • Estimated construction costs

  • Tentative project schedule

This stage is the core of the quotation process, ensuring that the numbers reflect the real project requirements — not rough guesses.

4. Step 4 — Quotation Preparation (Approx. 3 Weeks)

On average, it takes around 3 weeks to finalize a detailed quotation.
This period may vary slightly depending on:

  • Project size and complexity

  • Special material or technical requirements

  • Design revisions requested by the client

We kindly ask for understanding during this stage, as accuracy requires thorough technical review and coordination.

5. Step 5 — Quotation Delivery & Explanation

Once the quotation is ready, we will send it to the client in a clear, itemized format, including:

  • Total estimated cost

  • Cost breakdown by category (structure, finishing, systems, etc.)

  • Estimated construction timeline

  • Scope of work and payment milestones

Our team will walk you through the entire quotation so you understand exactly what is included.

6. Step 6 — Feedback & Finalization

We are open to discussions or adjustments based on your feedback.
This may include:

  • Modifying the scope of work

  • Optimizing design to fit budget

  • Adjusting the schedule

Once the quotation is confirmed, we proceed to the contract signing and construction preparation stage.
